Most of the staff at Early Years Recruitment have childcare a qualification and have worked in childcare setting on a supply basis. We know what its like from your side, so we take that experience and use it to make working for Early Years Recruitment the best supply work you have ever done. We love what we do and this is reflected in the bright and happy way we communicate with you.
Our promise to you is we look after you the way you would want to be looked after, that means getting you the right placement, giving you the right information and making sure you're paid as much as possible. All too often we hear of the ways other agencies have let down the industry by not respecting the candidates that work for them. You will find we do care and we're genuine. You will be well looked after. We find you work in the setting you want, in the area you prefer, and at a pay rate that will make you feel valued.

We pride ourselves on being the best in the business. Our aim is as much focused on the children our staff support, as it is the standard of service we offer.
Most of the people who work within Early Years Recruitment have their own children and we know just how important it is to feel that our children are being looked after, supported and developed by quality trusted and professional staff.
So we use this basic principle when recruiting our candidates; simply put we promise to only supply you with people whom we would be happy to have caring for our own children. This is reflected in all we do, we don't compromise ourselves, our candidates or our clients; we do a great job on every level. Our Nursery Nurses, Classroom Assistants and our Support Staff need to complete the same stringent checks as a qualified teacher, including the CRB checks.
